We love the communities we serve and are proud to provide food and fellowship any way we can. Our team here at Hat Creek receives donation requests every day, so to help us streamline your inquiry, please follow the directions below to begin your donation request. While we try to help as often as possible, please know that we cannot fulfill every request. Thank you for thinking of Hat Creek!
To help us consider your request, please fill out the application form. Be sure to upload your Tax Exempt Form and 501(c)(3) certificate (if applicable). Once we review your application, someone from our team will be in touch.
To ensure we are able to review your application, please submit your request no less than one month in advance of the date of your event. Any requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the event might not be reviewed in time.
