In store, don’t forget to present your QR code within the app to scan at the register when you order. If you can’t scan your QR code from the app, don’t worry – a Hat Creek crew member can look you up by the phone number you provided when signing up. Or you can scan your receipt into the app or enter the receipt barcode to earn points up to 7 days after your purchase. Please note that points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards, donations, service or delivery fees, third-party delivery orders, or third-party catering orders.

To redeem in app or in store, start in the Hat Creek Rewards app under the Offers section on the Rewards page. Select “REEDEM ONLINE” and you’ll have the option to redeem within the app. Select “REDEEM IN-STORE” and you’ll have the option to redeem your rewards in store.

In app, once you select “REDEEM ONLINE” make sure you add the item to your cart. The reward will be applied to that item at checkout.

In-store, select “REDEEM IN-STORE” and scan the QR code from the app at register. A crew member can also look up your account via the phone number used for your Hat Creek Rewards account and select the reward you would like to redeem.

Yes, points expire, but only if you don’t make a purchase using your Hat Creek Rewards account for a period of 12-months. Any previously collected points will be voided and forfeited after 12-months of inactivity.

It may take up to 24 hours after purchase to see points posted on your account. Exclusive offers may have other terms.

As long as you are signed into your Hat Creek Rewards account, you will earn points on all eligible food and drink purchases. If you still have your receipt, you can! You have two options:

1. Simply go to your app and click on EARN on the rewards page. Click on Scan Receipt Barcode and you’ll be able to scan the barcode on your receipt. Or click on Enter Receipt Barcode Number and enter the barcode number found on your receipt.

2. Log into your Hat Creek account online and select EARN and you will be able to enter the barcode on your receipt. Keep in mind only receipts within 7 days of order will be accepted.

Share your personalized code with your friends and get a free drink when someone signs up using your invite code after they make their first purchase. The more you share, the more you earn!
